How high can I fill the bin?Depending on the size bin you order, there are highly visible markings around the bin denoting the levels to which you can fill. The advantage of this is that if you end up having more rubbish (nearly always) than you anticipate, you can continue filling up to the 9m mark and just pay the additional costs. The bins must not be filled any higher than level with the top to avoid spillage during transit. This is a legal requirement by LTSA and also to comply with OSH regulations. Should the bin be overfilled, this may result in the excess being removed and left at the site.
-
What happens if my bin is heavier than the standard full bin weight? You may be charged an extra charge for excessive overweight.
