By ordering a bin from Jumbo Bins Limited you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions as follows:

Length of Hire Bins are hired for 4 days only.  We reserve the right to remove our bin from your site on the 5th day, even if you have not filled it.  If you choose to keep the bin longer, there may be an additional fee.  Any extensions on this 4 day hire must be made through the office, not the driver.

Delivery Dates We will do our utmost to deliver your bin on the date booked, however Jumbo Bins Ltd will not be liable for any failure or delays in delivery.  Late delivery does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim a refund.

Refunds We will provide a full refund for any bin ordered but not delivered by us.  If you choose to cancel your bin, you must do so 24 hours prior to delivery.  There will be no refunds applicable if we have arrived at the delivery address and are then requested to leave without dropping a bin.

Damage / Fires The customer will be liable for any fees or costs incurred by Jumbo Bins Ltd that relate to damage, excess weights, blocked access or prohibited items.  No fires are to be lit in any bins.  Should a fire occur in any bin on a customer's property, this is the sole responsibility of the customer whilst the bin is on that property. 

Placement of the Bin It is necessary to use the driver’s discretion to safely place the bin, however we try our best to ensure easy loading for our customers.  The safety requirements need to be met by us for Public Liability Insurance purposes.

Moving the Bin We cannot allow movement from the delivery position and truck access must be maintained to allow safe collection of the bin.  Should the customer fail to comply, this will incur an additional $100 call out fee and the customer is also responsible for any costs required to relocate the bin to a position for recovery.

Privacy All information provided by you is used only for the purpose of your order.  Information will be retained for a certain period of time to allow speedy processing when using our services again.  This does not include credit card details which are kept secure by our payment provider.  Jumbo Bins Limited will not disclose any of your personal information to a third party.

Account If you are interested in opening an account with Jumbo Bins Ltd, please fill out an Account Application form and return it to us with the necessary documentation attached.

Liability Jumbo Bins Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs to driveways, overhead services or underground services such as cables and drainage.  Jumbo Bins Ltd will not be responsible for any claims made for losses, expenses or damages that relates to the non-delivery or late delivery of a bin.

Bin Removal By hiring a bin from Jumbo Bins Ltd, you give us the authority to take any steps required to enter your site (residential or commercial) to reclaim our bins.

Debt Collecting All payments must be made on or prior to delivery unless agreed beforehand.  Failure to do so may result in debt collection costs as follows: 

District Court Filing & Disbursements - $3,000.00 (may change without notice)

Debt Settlement balance plus 40% to cover administration
